United Way of the Columbia-Willamette offers community meeting spaces! Our centrally located downtown office has four meeting rooms available which are perfect for small collaborations, large trainings, get-togethers, retreats or celebrations. We are conveniently located near the MAX, Portland Streetcar, downtown parking garages and also some of the best restaurant and shopping options in the city. The space is built for privacy and located in a secured, easy to locate facility. Catering is welcome and we are happy to offer recommendations to nearby locally owned businesses. We offer discounted fees to nonprofit organizations!
These rooms are available for rent Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, with multiple-day requests available.
- Conference Rooms 101 & 104: Seats 6 people each. $20/hour, $80/4+ hours
- Conference Room 102: Seats 18 people. $30/hour, $120/4+ hours. Projector available.
- Conference Room 103 - Seats 65 people. $50/hour, $200/4+ hours. Projector available. Kitchenette available.
- Certified nonprofits can reserve rooms at half the posted rate.
Reservations are available up to 90 days before the scheduled event. For reservations expecting greater than 20 attendees, we require a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance be included with your reservation. We sanitize all spaces after use. All rooms are equipped with WIFI. Whiteboards, easels and eating utensils are available upon request.
United Way of the Columbia-Willamette reserves the right to refuse rentals (A) in the event Renter does not pay the required rental fee at the specified time, (B) in the event that UWCW determines the event is of a political (UWCW is a non-partisan 501 C3 organization) or personal nature, (C) if UWCW does not receive the appropriate insurance documentation or (D) if the event is associated with an illegal activity.
Recurring events are not available at this time.
