Your Privacy Matters!
United Way of the Columbia-Willamette is committed to protecting your privacy; we will not sell, rent, or loan any information provided. We will ask you for information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you only when you have requested that we provide a service or carry out a transaction on your behalf. Services may include sending an acknowledgement of your donation or providing recognition for a leadership gift.
We only publish a donor's name and company once each year to provide recognition for leadership giving (annual gift of $500 or more). We will NOT publish your name if you instruct us not to do so. There's a box on every pledge form that says: 'Please do not put my name in any United Way publications. I wish to remain anonymous.' Simply check that box and we'll take care of the rest.
If you give to United Way online, in person or by mail (not in a workplace campaign with a pledge form), and would like to remain completely anonymous, please send us an email with your name, company, phone number and address, and put the word PRIVACY in the subject line.
